| BRANDON ROSS
Head Freshman Coach
Coach Ross has over 20 years of coaching experience from the competitive youth levels, jr. varsity, and varsity levels. He will serve as the head boys freshman coach this year.
During the 2008-2009 season, Coach Ross worked with Coach Cathey as an assistant varsity coach. The two have worked together in the past, highlighted with a championship at First Assembly Christian School in 1999 with the freshman team and a successful run with the 17 and under AAU Memphis Tigers.
Coach Ross has a reputation of being a players coach. With his experiences in counseling and basketball he takes great pride in his role to mentor and brings enthusiasm and energy to the program. Most importantly, he truly cares about the players.
“My goal is to help bring a sense of family, chemistry, and develop trust and accountability throughout the Mustang Team”.
Off the court, Coach Ross is the owner of a national executive search firm Ross Recruiting Services, specializing in career placements and counseling in the manufacturing sector. He is also married with 3 sons: Wife Christina “Chrissy” Ross, Brandon G. Ross 24, Brock Ross 22, and Braxton Ross, 14.
